Language barriers and lack of legal awareness prevent many victims from reporting these crimes.
This is not just fraud; it is an attack on human dignity and social safety nets. Affected individuals are strongly encouraged to file complaints with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office to help discourage these scams and hold offenders accountable
